As we approach the end of 2019, we look back on a highly successful final quarter.
Early in November, the Collins Residential Project team including Pat Lambie, presented the various 1,2 and 3 bedroom options available in Phase 2b to all accredited agents and showcased the benefits of living at Emberton Estate. This function was held at the Emberton Clubhouse and hosted in the exquisite Ray's Kitchen Restaurant, one of Hillcrest's top eateries.
The Phase 2b development was launched to the public in November with significant interest from buyers, and in particular, the investment market looking to benefit from the excellent rental returns of the estate. Within a short 4 weeks, approximately 50% of the launched homes have sold off plan, despite a very wet November and early December. The interest remains heightened and we expect further sales success after the festive season.
Along with the new launch, many of our new homeowners took ownership of their homes of the Phase 2a development on the 04th of December, and are settling into their apartments and homes.
We look forward to a prosperous 2020 and further success in the growth and development of this wonderful estate.
