It's all happening at Cotswold Downs

Over the past weekend, the 2024 Cotswold Downs Club Championship unfolded, widely regarded as the pinnacle event in the Estate's history. This year attracted a record-breaking 124 participants vying for the prestigious title across six distinct divisions.

Members were welcomed by idyllic weather conditions on Saturday, with an atmosphere charged with anticipation despite the looming mid-thirty temperatures. Day one showcased remarkable performances, culminating in the following members leading their respective divisions as the sun set:

A Division: Brendan Adlam and Keaton Slatter shared the lead with impressive rounds of 1 under Par 71.
B Division: Demyan Burczak and Kim Stiebel tied with a gross score of 78.
C Division: Ashik Haripersadh secured the lead with an outstanding individual stableford score of 42 points.
Seniors Division: Peter Dexter led with 37 individual stableford points.
Ladies' Silver: Tara Smith led with a first-round score of 82 gross.
Ladies' Bronze: Kaz Eigenmann took the lead with 32 individual stableford points.

As the final day dawned, numerous players remained determined to clinch the 2024 Cotswold Club Championship. Once again blessed with near-ideal golfing conditions and a gentle breeze, the stage was set for a thrilling ending.
