KZN Polo Champs Event 2024
The premier event on the KZN polo calendar is just around the corner - The KZN Polo Champs presented by Westown and Absa! 🏆
Starting from Friday, June 7th, through Sunday afternoon, June 9th, prepare for an exhilarating showdown featuring top polo players from across the province in a round-robin tournament.
Action-packed games will unfold daily from 9 am to 4:30 pm. Spectators are invited to bring their picnic baskets and immerse themselves in the polo spectacle at the relaxed ambiance of the Westown Shongweni Polo Club.
On Saturday, June 8th, Westown and Fundamentum Property Group will host an exclusive Hospitality Function, spotlighting camaraderie, polo, and the future of the Outer West.
This event not only promises an engaging experience for partners and stakeholders but also signifies the beginning of an enhanced polo journey at the Westown Shongweni Polo Club, rivaling esteemed venues in Gauteng and the Cape.
Equestrian pursuits are integral to Shongweni and the Outer West, fostering growth in tourism, hospitality, and retail sectors, contributing to the area's charm and allure.
Following the KZN Polo Champs, get ready for the WESTOWN SOUTH AFRICAN YOUTH CHAMPIONSHIPS, a national equestrian extravaganza, gracing the Shongweni Club from June 28th to July 4th, showcasing South Africa's budding young riders. And from July 17th to 28th, witness the pinnacle of polocrosse at the 2024 IGNITION POLOCROSSE WORLD CUP, where 8 nations and 128 horses will vie for glory.
